DISASTER RECOVERY
In the unlikely event that a server fails, or there is prolonged downtime at the data center or any other unforseeable event that occurs where it causes your business downtime, we will come in to the rescue to resolve the problem. Most service providers host tens of thousands of clients and cannot give you the fast and detailed support you need to fix your particular problem. We have additional servers hosted with other providers on a completely different network striclty for emergency purposes which we can move your account to and keep your business online.
If we were the ones who developed your website, or have a backup of your website, we can even upload the site for you to minimize downtime.
